I've been practicing for several years and also teach yoga. Yesterday, in Kurmasana, I literally HEARD my left hamstring (up where the thigh connects into the hip socket--my anatomy terminology sucks...) make a loud "POP" and pain shot up my left leg. I was being adjusted and got into the pose with not too much fussing--
It hurts now just to sit. Has anyone else had this problem? Does it heal? How?
