i practice on my own - no teacher as no ashtanga yoga studio is close by. but i used to study with a teacher for 2 years.

now i use david swenson´s dvd and book to help my practice. as i always need him to give directions (i get real sloppy if i practice without dvd as 5 breaths
get shorter all the time....) i really need a dvd to help my practice!! now i am looking for a dvd for ashtanga yoga during pregnancy. i have read that you
should change postures but nobody... ]]></description>

It's about the practice and how it relates to the practicioner and how he went from a  28-year weight lifter and karate devotee to a two-year ashtanga practicioner. <br><br>reviews on the back are written by senior teachers David Roche and Anthony Carlisi. <br><br>I highly recommend. ]]></description>
