			<title><![CDATA[ No ladies holiday in 3 months ]]></title>

			<description><![CDATA[ Just wondering if anyone can advise me.  I have been practising ashtanga now for over 5 years however, only since May have i started a 6 day practice.  My
periods have always been very regular and i now have not had a period in 3 months.  Last month i took a 3 day rest around the moon day however, no luck.  I am
now starting to worry and just wondering if anyone can offer any advice on how to get my cycle back again.  It would be a last resort to have to go to the

			<description><![CDATA[ Hi - the one vice that continues to plague me is alcohol. Since I started practise 4 months ago I have cut down. Whilst I am not an alcoholic I have a daily
intake and love for a couple of drinks [I guess like someone might smoke a couple of cigarettes] and on same days this is more. I would love to lose this vice
and had hoped Ashtanga would propel me more into doing so.

eating dinner&#39;.  Well I eat dinner and I can&#39;t imagine not eating dinner !  Especially with fitting my yoga practice around work, I often don&#39;t get

			<description><![CDATA[ So it is traditional to do just primary on Fridays. I practice through to Supta Vajrasana and when it comes to Firday (or my equivalent; Thursday) I usually do
my full practice. I feel as though Salabasana through to Suptr V are just preperation for back bending and so if I am going to do my back bending I may aswell
do my intermediate postures and make it easier on me.

			<description><![CDATA[ Sometimes I find it really hard to take my days rest everyweek and when a moonday crops up next to a dayoff I find it almost impossible.

I also sometimes find it hard to get through the day only doing yoga once. Do other people do all that back bending in the AM and then do nothing for the rest

			<title><![CDATA[ Mucus while I'm breathing ]]></title>

			<description><![CDATA[ <p>Quite often during my practice, I have a build up of mucus in the back of my throat.  As I am breathing, I kind of choke on it (yuck!) or it inhibits my
