Been healing for months now ... right knee is back ... can do half lotus ... but left knee just doesn&#39;t want to go there...

So ... in poses that require half lotus ... I do the right side ... but only bring ankle to knee on the left side.

Any full lotus ... gets modified to half lotus on the right side.

Is this ok??

			<description><![CDATA[ I've been struggling with certain aspects of Surya Namaskara.<br><br>Basically, have huge difficulty stepping feet up from Downdog to Forward Bend. I use two blocks under the buttock of the straight leg to keep my foot flat and a belt slung round my foot to keep my shoulders even and knees safe. 			<description><![CDATA[ I'm guessing that this doesn't happen to many people when taking this asana, but when I get into the asana fully (for me) on the first side, which is relatively close to full expression, my toes in my right foot turn blue after being in the pose several breaths.  Apparently I guess i'm cutting off blood flow somehow (in the front side of the hip) pinching an artery, vein, blood vessel or something.  Its not painful, but gazing at my toe seeing them all turn blue, is kinda disheartening and... ]]></description>
