Around 2 months ago my teacher introduced Eka Pada to my sequence and must have done the pose around 30-40 times now. When I first started doing the pose I

For the last week or so, around an hour after I complete my practice, I have started getting really bad aches in my body (mainly mid/lower back) and stiffness

Does anyone have any helpful hints or suggestions?
