They each contribute some money for the space rental and meet regularly.<br>My question is, is this a good direction to go in once one has had some practice with a teacher under their belt? 			<description><![CDATA[ I'm back to Ashtanga Yoga after taking a break while sick with parasites. I'm noticiably weaker but I've done something (wrong?) that today has kept me from practicing. Any idea what I did wrong? I do 4A/3B, all standing and primary to JanuA. Then I skip to finishing. I guess this is a really open ended question, but I never hurt my lower back before and I'm wondering if there is a specific pose that I could have done really wrong to produce this.<br> ]]></description>

Birch seems to stress some of the philosophical aspects of yoga and discusses the eight limbs.  She covers the first two series of Ashtanga, not that it isn't ambitous to finish the two series, but does anyone know why she doesn't go any further?  Also, what's the story between Birch and SKPJ?
