I have been practising Ashtanga for a couple of years now and have begun suffering from two chronic injuries over the past year. One is to my knees (especially
the left one), the other is pain in my upper leg, close to the sit bones but not in the hamstrings (its not sciatica because the pain is only in one spot
during forward bends and doesn&#39;t travel down my leg).
